Dear Human: you’ve got it all wrong.
You didn’t come here to master unconditional love.
This is where you came from and where you’ll return.
You came here to learn personal love.
Universal love.
Messy love.
Sweaty Love.
Crazy love.
Broken love.
Whole love.
Infused with divinity.
Lived through the grace of stumbling.
Demonstrated through the beauty of… messing up. Often.
You didn’t come here to be perfect, you already are.
You came here to be gorgeously human. Flawed and fabulous.
And rising again into remembering.
But unconditional love? Stop telling that story.
Love in truth doesn’t need any adjectives.
It doesn’t require modifiers.
It doesn’t require the condition of perfection.
It only asks you to show up.
And do your best.
That you stay present and feel fully.
That you shine and fly and laugh and cry and hurt and heal and fall and get back up and play and work and live and die as YOU.
It’s enough.
It’s Plenty.

Are you scared, sad and tired by the barrage of terrible headlines? Have you experienced a personal loss? Whether it’s a canceled party or the death of a loved one, all losses are met with some degree of grief.
If you’re struggling with feelings of grief, or loss, or sadness this month — you’re not alone.
Here are some tips from the NPR episodes on coping with grief and uncertainty:
Grief needs expression: it’s important to get the grief out however you can.
Move past shame: We can’t control our circumstances, and that’s nothing to be ashamed of.
Bring it to your brothers: In times of suffering, it’s easy to feel isolated or alone, or to want to pull away from the world. Instead, reach out.
Honor loss with ritual: It’s important to honor grief where and when you meet it. Consider bringing a process for grief to your circle; you’re likely not the only one feeling it right now.
Do what you can with what you have,
Brothers – that’s all any of us can do.
And we can do this together – that’s what we’re here for.
Here is a collection of 10 letters from a Ukraine citizen during this time of war.
These letters are politically charged and have various judgments.
There are some triggers in here too, so please be mindful of this.
When you read these, please self-reflect on what judgements that you may have.
Maybe you can relate to people in the story, maybe you have some similar qualities that may or may not be affecting others. We are not trying to have you take sides but rather look within to see how you are showing up for yourself and others.https://www.wvmkp.org/newsletters/april-2022/letters-from-ukraine/
